1. 2032년 올림픽 개최지 단독추천후보 호주의 Brisbane2032에 대한 투표결과
IOC현원 101명 중 14명이 공식 불참한 가운데 최종적으로 투표장에 참석한 80명에게 투표용지가 배분되었는데 이들 중 77명의 유효투표 중, 3명은 기권함으로 과반수에 필요한 투표수는 39표였다.
투표 집계결과 72명이 Brisbane2032단독후보에게 찬성투표를 던졌으며 반대표는 5명으로 만장일치를 이끌어내지는 못하였다..

투표결과 발표 직후인 17:49분 Brisbane2032가 올림픽개최지로 확정 선포되었으며 곧바로 올림픽 개최도시협약서(HCC: Host City Contract)가 체결 서명되었다.

이태리 NOC위워장 겸 IOC위원인 Giovanni Malagò가 Brisbane2032올림픽 개최 일자에 대하여 묻자 John Coates 호주 NOC위원장 겸 IOC부위원장은 Tokyo2020과 같은 기간(the dates of Brisbane 2032 will be the same as Tokyo 2020//7월23일~8월8일/17일간)이라고 답변하였다.
Sydney2000올림픽은 9월~10월(봄철)에 개최된 바 있다.
