[GAISF해체논란배경에서 국제연맹포럼(IF Forum)에 Bach IOC위원장 포함 스포츠지도자들 대거 참석]
전세계 125개 국제스포츠기구 300여명으로 예상되는 스포츠관계지도자들이 스위스 Lausanne에서 열리는 국제연맹포럼(International Federation Forum)에 참석하기 위하여 집결하고 있다고 합니다.
IF포럼은 Lausanne 소재 올림픽박물관에서 11월28일(월)과 11월29일(화) 양일 간 열리고 있습니다
Thomas Bach IOC위원장은 “국제연맹의 영향력-안전한 스포츠와 지속 가능한 발전”(International Federation Impact - Safe Sport and Sustainable Development)란 주제로 열리는 IF포럼에 참석한다고 합니다.

Bach IOC위원장은 포럼 첫날(11월28일) Christelle Luisier Brodard 스위스연방 국제기구와 Vaud주 스포츠 담당 국무위원(state councillor for the department of institutions, territory and sport for Canton of Vaud)과 Ellie Moeschler Lausanne시 스포츠담당부시장과 함께 환영사를 하기로 되어 있습니다.
SportAccord및 GAISF(Global Association of International Federations)회장인 Ivo Ferriani는 포럼 개회사를 하기로 되어 있습니다.

95개 정회원 단체(full members)와 20개 준 회원단체(associate members)로 구성되어 있는GAISF는 이제 해체 단계에 직면하고(faces being dissolved) 있는 상황입니다
11월29일(화) Lausanne개최 GAISF특별총회가 소집되어 GAISF폐지를 결정하기로(to abolish GAISF) 되어 있습니다.
국제연맹 포럼에서는 스포츠 및 인권 센터 혁신과 파트너십 총괄 임원(chief innovation and partnerships officer for the Centre for Sport and Human Rights) 인 David Grevemberg와 Rovers녹색 숲 축구클럽(Forest Green Rovers Football Club)회장인 Dale Vince 2인 역시 기조연설자로 알려져 있습니다
11월29일 포럼 제2일차에는 안전한 스포츠(safe sport)와 지속가능성(sustainability) 및 기후 행동(climteaction)에 대한 프레젠테이션내용이 선보이는데 SportAccord운영국장대행인 Martin Gibbs가 포럼을 진행(set to get the proceedings underway)한다고 합니다.
발제자들로는 Alan Gilpin 세계럭비사무총장, Gloria Viseras IOC안전한 스포츠 수석 프로젝트 매니저 및 세계 요트(World Sailing) 지속가능성 팀장 Alexandra Rickham이 포함되어 있다고 합니다.
이밖에 패널 세션 역시 함께 열리는데 “여러분의 지속가능성 전략을 쉽게 변화시키는 실행 방법”(How to Implement easy changes within your sustainability strategy)과 “안전한 스포츠-글로벌적으로 생각하고 지역적으로 행동하라”(Safe sport - think globally, act locally)라는 토픽을 포함한 다양한 테마가 준비되어 있다고 합니다.
