보도된 바에 따르면 5,000명에 이르는 위구르인들(Uighurs) 이 테러단체들과 합세하여 투쟁목적으로 시리아까지 여행했었던(had travelled to Syria to fight alongside terror groups) 것으로 알려졌습니다.

동 패널은 중국이 미국거주 위구르인들을 괴롭히려고 하고 있다(China is attempting to harass Uighurs living in the US)고도 주장한다고 합니다
